Ron is Irene's uncle. He trains yoga teachers and I have had the opportunity to do many workshops with him, especially during my training.

Nicolas, my partner, is the author and creator of the Graine de Coeur blog and his podcast: En Amour.

Passionate about personal development and psychology, but also about the importance of the couple and their well-being, Nicolas shares his experience, knowledge and kindness to put personal development at the service of your couple.

We offer relationship development workshops and Tao massages as a duo.

Julie, with whom I offer duo massages : Certified reflexologist, practitioner of wellness massage and energetic care, I have always been passionate about the human being and the awakening of consciousness. Naturally, I turned to alternative medicine to train myself. Through reflexology, energy treatments and massages, I accompany you on the path of your health to find the balance naturally. I offer personalized and adapted treatments according to your needs and expectations.

During yoga classes and internships, a group of 10 wonderful people formed and we created an association (non-profit organisation) to continue practicing after Irene left overseas. Since 2017 we have been teaching at Sadhana.

During my retreat in India I met Divya Prabha, who runs a Varanasi (India) based non-profit which enables free education for children in dire conditions. Each child is also taught yoga and meditation on a daily basis. They need support, by donation or sponsorship.

Irene and Divya Prabha now offer training at Brahmrishi School of Yoga with daily OmChanting and Philosophy sessions.

After doing all the courses for everyone, the advanced courses of the personal tantra training offered by Bénédicte, Corinne and Eric, I embarked on the path of professional training with them!

At the Sadhana association, I met Antoine who became the official photographer of the association and for some of us yoga teachers. He knows how to bring us to light, and his photos bring out the best in us!
